NEW YEAR OLD ME
Hi, I'm Max. I am a nearly 16 year old music composer who has been making music for a couple years now. This track was heavily inspired by the electronic music scene of the 1990's. I really hope you enjoy as this is my first release under my own name!more

Rabbit Hole
"This song centres around loss of a child; spiralling aimlessly day after day as each day leaves behind little reminders of the life that once was, or would could have been. It's title is inspired by the John Cameron Mitchell film of the same name (based on the David Lindsay-Abaire Pulitzer Prize Play). I wrote the song thinking about a miscarriage of a child and Parent fall into their own internal shells (shock), separately, and find it difficult to discuss the tragedy. The film got me thinking about what if in a parallel life the child's life existed and watched as we watched on from another... to infinity and beyond. Leaving ourselves little messages for ourselves to ignore/find... and the plummeting through the rabbit hole of the dark space depression and anxiety can take you. I cover the same subjects in many songs but try to colour the songs very differently." - dunkiemore
